PhD enrolment

Administrative enrolment in a doctoral programme at the University is annual and compulsory.

This registration gives rise to the payment of registration fees, set each year by ministerial decree, amounting to €397 for 2025-2026, and a student and campus life contribution of €105 for the year 2025-2026 (https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr). It entitles students to a student card and a certificate of enrolment.

Doctoral students who defend their thesis before 31 December do not need to re-enrol.
